This is one of the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I bought a washing machine and it stopped working. Not even less than a year. Then they said that they would fix it. So they came and got my washing machine. I asked the man is this my replacement? He said no. They're going to fix your washing machine and then they're going to bring it back to you. Well months went by. No one ever called me back. I called them I said hey what's up with my washing machine they said oh oh we'll have to call you back. They told me they had sold my washing machine that they were supposed to fix and bring back to my home which they did not. They refused to give me my money back and said I just have to keep the replacement which was way cheaper. Actually about $200 cheaper than the one that I had purchased. The worst company I will never freaking do business with them ever again. Sorry people. Please do not waste your time with them. They will say they'll fix your stuff and then sell it to someone else and give you something way cheaper than what you purchased and then still ask you to pay for the one you don't even have anymore.

I was charged a at home fee when no a single person from aarons has been to my house. my payments are never late. its auto paid every two weeks. This is just someone being greedy for the company thinking i wouldn't notice. I've work at Aaron's store in another state. i know how they operate

I purchased a washer and dryer less than a year ago. The washers brand is ELEMENT. The washer is now not washing clothes clean and smells as if something is burning. I called Aaron's and they said since I purchased it they can't help me with the dangerously broken washer I broker for $500.00. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE OR LEASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. *** this is my experience *******

People were eager to talk to me and explain what a set would cost me per week per month or total up front purchase. Would recommend that if like me you have less than perfect credit to go and talk to them. They'll work with all budgets large and small

Ordered our washer n dryer online Monday night, only $1 down started the lease! They processed our order and delivered both by Thursday way ahead of the 5 to 7 business days 🤗, the delivery guys we're great👌!! Highly recommend, was so easy to apply and they have an app to make payments!

I have been at such a loss for words about my experience today in the Henderson store, although the manager was from the Nacogdoches store. I could not believe a manager could actually speak to a person the way my daughter and I were spoken to today. It was as if she delighted in being able to deliver us bad news with her pretentious words and voice, with a very patronizing pasted on smile. It was actually a very eerie experience watching her. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I was raised that everyone should get the same compassionate and caring customer service whether the manager really likes the customer or not. I believe it’s my duty, as a Christian, to pray that God softens her hardened heart, and I will.
