I am also disappointed because we sign an agreement of payment for the total of 1080 for a mattress . Payments of Ez $116.. Now we checked our balance we still owe $1400 . How is that no wonder people keep sending things back . Not reliable or truthful.

The ez pay option is not working for me I like to pay my bills myself not get them auto drafted. I had an additional charge of 10.oo because my card declined. When I had called the day prior to advise I would be paying with a different card . When I did call @12 pm on a Friday to make the payment. The call did not connect The associate called me back to say he could hear me buy I could not hear him. Ge advised he my card declined . I advised I was calling to make my payment he came back to the line and stated your card declined. And their will be an additional 10 charge now . I asked for a bit of empathy he replied that's just the way it is. Boss..

Bought an ac they told me cash price was about 580 and called when I needed to make a payment but told me that there was no “cash price” and that we have to pay 780 for the ac. I have a contract that shoes cash price for 400 but I think they just need more money or something?

Had an issue before I even got what I wanted they called said they had a special bundle for Xbox and tv for 1,500 but when we get there they said we never called or had that bundle so it would be around $2000 But I still ended up getting the bundle but I want to return it and they said they will pick it up in a day or two but then that called saying that “they don’t do pick ups” and we’re being rude about the situation.I think they’re mad that they’re not getting commission or something. this store workers are very lazy and shady about they’re business. They should hire better workers

I like to shop at Aaron's furniture sometimes I buy Electronics TVs stereos from them and they last me for quite some time good place
