One star because I have to. Jackie, the "new" store manager is absolutely atrocious. She cussed my wife out over one missed payment when we have purchased so much and paid off so many things from you. And made prior arrangements. We switched to Aaron's, and wont be back. Im saving 175$ a month purchasing the same products. Should've switched sooner. Ill be contacting corporate, no worries there. 😁

I used this store for a while, and now transferred to another one and made me realize how bad they actually were. Didn’t appreciate the way the Granbury store spoke about me because yes they had him on speaker phone. I even got told they could have offered me more help than they did because my payment history was fine. Will never be going to this location again.

Ryan and his coworkers were very kind and thoughtful regarding the original couch I had selected, it was not in good condition. He offered me another couch similar to the one I had picked and delivered it the next day. Thank you for making our holidays just a little bit brighter!

I was just in the store. After sitting in traffic for an hour due to situation going on 377. I had to use the restroom. I was looking for a bed and couch as well. I asked if i could use the bathroom before looking. The woman in the back just ( not even getting out of her seat) .said no you can't use our bathroom. So I left. I guess I will be going to Aaron's. Poor customer service..

We’ve always had great experience here! Jamie & Tim have always been there to help. Even gave us advice on how to fix something after it was paid off. Never had any issues they didn’t fix. We prefer them over Aarons anyday.
