I love our Aaron’s staff, honestly the only one I will talk to anymore is Raymond! He’s always quick with anything I have to ask or say, and is kind and funny. I often have to call to make a payment and every time I’ll ask for Raymond.

Have bought 2 tvs from Aaron's the first one they had to get a replacement remote cause it was broken in store. Today had another tv delivered and the remote isn't even working and I called they said they will see if they have a different remote and would call me back that was 2 hours ago. I am buying living room from them and bedroom furniture and two tvs from them about ready to tell them to come get it all and go with renting with rent a center. This is ridiculous and I'm not happy with Aaron's right now either bring things that work this second tv is supposed to be new the delivery guy said the battery might need replaced first I put new batteries in it they said it calls for aaa batteries wrong it states AA batteries so put them in new and remote still don't work get it together or I'm sending it all back and rent a center is getting my business

Raymond is such an incompetent and unprofessional employee I have ever met in the many years I have dealt with Aaron’s. He was talking very unprofessionally with me, using racist remarks towards myself and his fellow coworker. He was also more focused on selling his personal vehicle than he was finishing the paperwork. I made a purchase on 2/28/25 and scheduled an appointment for 3/6/25 after three. On 2/5/25 I got a message from my wife stating Aaron’s had called her and to call her back because she was working. When I called I was informed that I had missed my delivery that Raymond had improperly scheduled and I could not have a delivery for that day due to the schedule being filled. Then on Friday3/6/25 my new schedule date. I was supposed to be delivered around 11-1. They still fail to deliver my stuff in time and just say, they should be on your way with no time given. This all could have been avoided if Raymond would have taken his job more seriously and actually focused on the task at hand. By far the worst experience I have ever had at any Aaron’s.

I purchased a sofa from this store. We were given a delivery date of 3/6/25 after 3pm. We made arrangements for delivery and got someone to be at our home at that time. On 3/5/25 I get my phone repeatedly called and voicemails saying they are trying to deliver. My husband calls and they told him we were scheduled for delivery the following day. The lady told him there was an error so we had to reschedule. My husband asked for a later time on Thursday. She stated that she was booked. So he set it up for Friday between 11am and 1pm. At 1pm I called to get an ETA because I still have things to do. The lady was incredibly rude and just said ”They are on their way to you now!” And hung up. I waited another hour. Still no call saying they are running behind, no one has shown up nothing. My husband goes up there and she tells him they are busy unloading a whole house of furniture now so it will be later. My appointment was between 11am and 1pm. So now not only did they screw up my original date, but now they aren’t delivering my items until later this evening. No specified time. To say I’m livid is an understatement. I’ve been with Aaron’s for many years, have bought MULTIPLE items from the Aaron’s company and this is by far the most poorly ran store I have pitched from. From a rude manager to incompetent staff. This is ridiculous. I’ll also be calling their head boss and corporate as well. I paid for the items it should have been delivered when we were scheduled.

The first time we went the blonde lady was so nice and helpful! We rented a washer. Later,we went back to get a gas stove. The two people in there were rude as hell! The stove we seen was a used one and it wasn't even clean! We asked the lady about another one and she was so rude ,nope that's all we got she said. Well can we get a discount on this one because it's marked like a new one. Nope was all she said. The dude that was in there was talking to a gentleman and obviously,the man walked out pissed. Guy was also rude. I wish I had of gotten their names.
