They never fix the TV that was under warranty, I've been a a great customer,only cuz I said I would buy anything from them. What ever happens to the customer is always right. Well that's that's messed up. If anything breaks, just plain and simple don't but from them. I was a customer for years and that's how they treat there customers.

WORST customer services. Have been waiting on our washer and dryer since April 30th when they decided to keep rescheduling. But then claim of we gave yours back. LIES! Loaners they switch them out for don’t work. Have been constantly missing full work days to wait for them and they never show up when all they have to do Instead is allowing us to bring and deliver theirs and pick up ours but they always claim “We will come”. But since we are done paying them of course they don’t care. Cindy never calls back and when we wanna speak to her Lenny claims she’s not available! Excuses after excuses. RIDICULOUS.

I've never given 5 stars to any company before but these 2 ladies and their delivery service deserves this and more. These 2 ladies located at the Gainesville Texas location we're absolutely wonderful. Not only did they help us with finding the right dryer that would suit our family needs, they truly went out of their way. They genuinely cared and didn't make us feel like we was just another customer $$. Their store was beautifully decorated and clean, and the delivery service that was set up was perfect. The 2 gentlemen that delivered our dryer was very professional very Courteous made sure everything was set up hooked up and tested before leaving. Outstanding!!!!!! I highly recommend Aaron's and Highly Highly recommend the team at that location. We will definitely be telling our friends and family and will be returning.

I have been a customer with this location for approximately 6 years now and was a customer with other locations. I apologize other folks have had bad experiences with Aaron's. However I have had an awesome experience with these great folks and have been late a few times but they have always been understanding and assisted in any way they could. When they couldn't help I understood and just did my best to be accommodating and accountable for my part I play. Keep up the good work guys I will continue to shop with you all for as long as I can continue to spend money😉🤣🤣🤣

This place is good. The customer service not so much in that I mean David. He's rude and never wants to understand you when payments are coming due. I work 40+ hours so when I get phone calls reminding me the payment is due I can't always answer. But it doesn't mean I'm not going to pay what I know is due. They've withdrawn money WITHOUT my consent more than 2 times now & no one has the right to ask you about your personal life in order for them to understand why there payment isn't being given when they want it. So don't waist your time in purchasing something from here. Btw: I also have an electric fireplace that also broke back in February and they still haven't fixed it
