I have paid off one piece of merchandise and I have one more to pay off which I am planning to pay off sooner then expected. I don’t want any promotion calls from rent a center in Floresville or will I buy anything from Floresville as long as the general store manager Jesse is working there. He is rude, obnoxious, not helpful, a piece of work. He came from San Antonio and needs to go back where he came from. I have been a loyal customer for years till this piece of work took over. I will complain and complain overs and overs again. He needs to be removed from this location and away from customers. And maybe get trained to speak to customers. He definitely isn’t customer service material. I hope he don’t have a wife I can imagine how he speaks to her. Ok bye!
This place is a scam!! My husband got a call today about an account that was for a queen bed set in September. I haven’t lived anywhere near that area in over 8 years!! How did they get my info and who created an acct in my name. I’m not a happy person at all. I do plan on reporting them to the BBB. They tried scamming the wrong person!!!
Do not sign up for autopay!! They have charged me twice after all items were returned. The workers were great and helped me a great deal. But it's now been several months and I still cannot get my money returned even after calling corporate twice. This is unacceptable!!
I haven't had a problem with them for years but the new management that had stepped in along with the lack of employees is horrible. I sent my dryer in to be fixed, they have me another one until. That was almost 2 months ago. They have it there I've called one guy said he would call me back nothing called again after a few days he said he would call me back.... nothing. Called yesterday spoke to the manager she informed me she would have my dryer here before noon. J rearranged all plans.... called at 5-ish nothing. She said it would be here tonight it's 808pm and nothing not even a courtesy call. The lack of communication and respect of other people's time is very unprofessional. Also let me throw this out there I've never missed a payment.
I rented a clothes washing machine for my elderly brother who has dementia and Parkinson’s disease. It’s crucial to have a washer. This location was great making the sale/rental but even though I told them my brother would be alone and I needed to give him a time frame because of his disabilities, they delivered about 10 hours late THEN, the next day admitted they left it even though it was spewing water from the hoses. The washing machine DOES NOT WORK. It’s been 6 days since I’ve informed them (George) and they’ve yet to contact me with a resolution. I’ve had to purchase a washing machine elsewhere and just want this one picked up and my money returned. $111.81. Called the main customer service # today. Equally incompetent. Please have someone with some sense and decision making capabilities call me. Update 6-28-22. They never refunded me $118.00 even though machine never worked.
