If I could leave zero stars, I would, I should have listened to an ex employee about this place, and the people who run it. Beatrice is extremely rude. Every time I try to give a payment explaining to her my economical status she would pretty much laugh at my face every time I went to try and explain, she would speak over me. I tried to give a late payment of more than the late amount past due, and she sat in her chair with her arms crossed, rolling her eyes at me many people have warned me about her and the service this place gives please take the time to reconsider who you are dealing with These people have no heart and no consideration. After explaining my situation she still wanted nothing to do with me, and I understand that my payment was late, but I had the money even more than what they were asking for and like I mentioned, she sat there and left pretty much making fun of my situation and that she had the upper hand on it. She had police escort me out stating that she no longer wanted business with me. She brought me all the way to the store just to let me know this. These people are heartless and not just Beatrice, but everybody behind the counter they know exactly what they are doing. They know a lot of people can’t make payments and they take advantage of that to a high extent, please be cautious with doing business with this location. I have never had such an issue Even with bigger companies with other types of furniture. Have I ever experienced such a crappy situation where they had cops lay hands on me to escort me out when all I was trying to do was keep my mattress the thing that I lay on every day And make a payment on it that goes to show exactly who runs the place, especially since X employees have met the real person named Beatrice behind the counter. I hope that this review reaches the right people I have all calls recorded all messages and the way she reacted and spoke to me speaking over me being rude and unprofessional, and she states that I am unprofessional and rude, which is true I will not deny it, but how can you be nice to someone who’s pissing on you? Also the “witnesses to this situation” was one of the staff…. How sad that the staff needs to review to protect your “business” and name.

This place does not stand on their word. They love to cover up what they do and who they decide to take advantage of. People can be past due hundreds and they WONT CARE!!!!! But if your passed due couple hundreds you bet their going to take advantage of you!!!! ESPECIALLY IF THE ITEM IS ALMOST FULLY PAID FOR!🤣 They like to add things to the contract as if some of us don’t have it in our face! They charge your card WITHOUT PERMISSION! THEY TAKE WHAT THEY WANT! AND I HAVE PROOF!!!! They love to play victim as well. Definitely will have to speak to the owner of this establishment.

Ive been a customer at buddy for over ten years. Best experience I've ever had with a rent own. Adriana is the best. She provides excellent customer service. Is very family oriented. Very respectful never pushes anything on you but her personality makes my decisions so very easy to deal with her. If i could give her 10 stars i would. Thank you Adriana . Customer for ever.
