Joey and his team go above and beyond for me. Aarons has made it easy for me to have my monthly rental charges, debited the third of the month so I don't have to worry about it.
These guys at Aaron's have been out to my house many times bringing me whatever item I need. Every time they are courteous, greet you with a smile, professional mannerisms and don't leave until you are completely satisfied. A day or two later I get a phone call asking me if I'm satisfied with everything and all is going well. I tell you what, there's nobody who can beat their customer service! Ya'll should give them a try and see if you don't get the best customer service in the county (maybe even the state).
I always have such a great experience here! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help me find the best furniture! I have been a customer on several occasions and I am always happy! Most recently Joey and his professional staff got me into the living room set of my dreams! I will be back! Thank you Joey for your tireless efforts and above and beyond business practice!
Aaron’s is a great, affordable, and safe option to get your home furnishing. If something breaks, they’re going to fix it. And if it can’t be fixed, they’re going to make it right. One of my TVs broke just after making my last payment. They brought me an entire new tv that was BETTER than the one that broke! Even when times get tough, the people at our Aaron’s understand and will work with you. You just gotta reach out to them. I’ll continue to be a loyal customer because this Aaron’s is a good to their customers and a good place to do business.
Love this place, great furniture, affordable monthly rates to be able to own what you want without the hassle of spending it all at once!
