I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and unethical customer service at this Rent-A-Center location. A staff member changed the email address on my account without my authorization, and now I can’t access my profile, view my account, or make payments through the app. This is a serious breach of trust and privacy. I expected better customer service and accountability. I will be reconsidering doing any further business with this company.

I couldn't log in to make a payment online. Later, I found out that I had to create an Account after receiving a Member ID Number for Rent-A-Center Benefits Plus Card. Except for that one issue, your customer service has been otherwise excellent.

**🚨🚨 They hit my CORVETTE and RAN🚨** I can’t even say stay away because my car was at home in my apartments and the drivers of the RENT A CENTER TRUCK hit my parked car (corvette) and RAN didn’t leave a note. (Drivers were unlicensed) I called because luckily my neighbors seen it and told me. So I called and the “Manger” went on to tell me how they didn’t go to my apartments 10/21 between 430 pm/ 450pm. But I found the note (evidence) that the reckless drivers left after hitting my car and laughing about it after running 2 stop signs. I got the police involved and all of a sudden the lady would cooperate. Here we are weeks later and I am having to do all of the leg work and I’m sure the are still hiring UNLICENSED drivers and hitting cars, mailboxes, etc. This is the Duncanville location on camp wisdom #203 stay far away. And if you see a RENT A CENTER TRUCK duck and hide. I just wanted my car fixed but I’m going next level until I feel somebody is feeling like me or making it right

Rent a Center Duncanville is a amazing. Yvette is a master of customer service satisfaction and has gone above and beyond for my family. Dee and Gary are so hard working and courteous. I recommend this store to everyone. Communication is the key and as long as you reach out to them you will not be disappointed.

Submitted my information via email as requested. I get a call almost a week later on how they have been emailing me and calling me. I check my call logs email everyday and received nothing. Then I get a call to go over everything only for them to say they will call me back. I feel they were not really trying to help out with giving me anything. Which is fine. Just say no and don’t pull me along and waste my time on something you’re not going to give me.
