Quality prices for quality products great customer service

This is the worst Aaron’s I’ve been to. I’ve been a customer for many years but Ernesto the manager is harrasing me for months already. Just yesterday I had given a payment in the morning and he sent the truck to my house in the afternoon to collect and my husband told them that the payment was made and why were they at our house. The employees response was that they didn’t check and they didn’t know and that Ernesto had sent them. I’m never going to back to purchase anything at this store. When I let him know when I can give a payment and make an arrangement he still sends the truck to my house. I’m not a new customer and this kind of behavior on Ernesto’s part is not professional. I’m letting this know to all my friends and family so they won’t go purchase anything from this store.

The best experience & staff! Communication was fluid and was able to make a purchase PLUS delivery to my home in just a few hours. Right when I was losing hope in finding the appliance I needed, Aaron’s of Del Rio pulled through. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for furniture or appliances.

Needed to purchase a washing machine on a Saturday. Looked several other places, but would have to special order. Walked in to the store and in 20 minutes tops had a new washing machine loaded on our truck. Great service. 👍

Awesome service and courteous delivery drivers. Ernest is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had about an appliance. He’s one of the best representatives in Del Río and knows what customer service is all about. Thank you Aaron’s Del Río. I look forward to buying from you again.
