No one will answer the phone. Just trying to see what my pay off balance is and they refuse to answer the phone. Tried calling from 2 different phones just to make sure it wasnt on my end.

Atmosphere is great. The store is wonderful. It's always clean. Service was awesome. They delivered when they said they would can go wrong with this place

I have done business with Aarons off and on over the years, and the staff at Corsicana are amazing. I can call and get answers. Or stop by and get all I am looking for. And they are professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Could not ask for a betterplace to spend my money for any home needs.

They don't just come pick up your stuff. They work with you on the payments. Something else they do they listen to your situation and try to help you out. Even when it's not about there business or to make more customers. Sometimes they are able to help you in other area. Something happens to the products they are willing to replace it or fix it as fast as possible.

FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY CORPORATE STOP HAVING EMOLOYEES CALL US MONTHS AFTER WE PAY THINGS OFF TO THANK US FOR OUR BUSINESS. ITS AWKWARD!! IT SOUNDS SO SCAMMY AND OMG THESE POOR EMPLOYEES!!! SURELY NO ONE IS NICE TO THEM. Stop this behavior!! SEND AN EMAIL AND BE DONE! Sorry to the staff that your bosses are so weird and have no clue how to market in 2023. The company is fine when you’re in a bind and don’t have good credit. you will pay 3 times the amount of what just buying the object would cost. However if you don’t have big upfront money and can only do small payments it’s an awesome place. Staff is cool, friendly even while overworked. As you can see above corporate makes them do weird things, so be kind they deserve raises for all they put up with.
