Josh was super helpful in us making a selection. They delivered as promised. 1 night, and we decided it wasent exactly what we wanted. Went back next day. Josh made sure we left out with alittle more of what we was looking for. Best customer service amy business has ever given me.. thanks yall

Supposed to have a delivery today around 5pm payed in full and got nothing no message or email saying they wouldn't make it or being late!!

My family and I just moved here from San Antonio and I was about to head out of town after the weekend and the GM rob went out of his way to make sure I got the fridge that j wanted and they price matched my fridge for me and delivered it to me PERSONALLY within 30min of me paying. AND THEN on Saturday when they are CLOSED I texted the GM Rob asking about a stackable washer and dryer at 8 at night knowing I was leaving the next day. He told me he would grab his keys and meet me at the store right then and there. And he was once again PERSONALLY delivering my washer and dryer within an hour of me arriving at the store. AND THEN I didn’t have the stacking kit to stacking my dryer on top and this man went to Lowe’s and picked up a stacking kit FOR ME and brought it to my house and helped me assemble everything before helping me put my dryer on top. This man ROBERT (the GM) HAS GOT TO BE the most helpful professional worker in ANY industry and any store that I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Thank you for everything you’ve done for my family and I rob. You’ve got a customer and a friend for life with me. HIGHLY recommend this establishment

I have purchased several items from Copperas Cove Aaron's, TV, computer, and now a recliner, and I heartily have/ continue to recommend them as they earn my business every time. Also, kudos to store manager Robert Boyd for going above and beyond for his customers. Fits my budget and I've never had an issue with the quality of my purchases.

Great staff , Great customer service and understanding management! Despite the disgruntled entitled customers whining underneath because they did not get their way ! Andrea commits her life to her profession and shows amazing customer service under any circumstance! The accounts team does an excellent job in being patient with the same whinny disgruntled customers they sadly encounter, and are always just a phone call away! The Parts Techs do there best in being on time and efficient constantly battling corporate policy that really just gets in the way of doing their jobs ! 10/10 !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Your response to my review just shows how much you do not care about your employees… I’m not a customer I’m a former sales manager .. point proven (past store level ) . Sad terrible policy , blowing up peoples phones like it 1997 for sales calls because y’all are so desperate for numbers .
