I'm very disappointed in the way Aaron's is being run right now . Oh , the th the people who work there are nice , but they don't follow thru with what they say they are going to do when it comes to a problem with the item that your buying. My husband is buying an electric stove from them . We had the stove maybe a week and a half ,then one evening the oven caught on fire . They were called the next day and did send one of their chosen repair persons out to fix it (we paid for a one year warranty ) a few days later . Well , he had to order a new heating element which would take 7 days . After these 7 days we heard nothing from them at all . So I called the repair service . The lady there said that there were 2 more parts that had not come in yet . I said to her that the service repair man said only one part . She didn't know why ??? We had to wait another 7 days. I can't say anymore cause there is no more room on this space . But that's not the end of it !! Don't

I just visited the store today and I want to give a huge shout out to Justin!! He was incredible in helping us with everything we needed! He helped my indecisive husband and was patient the entire time! He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions! Best experience I've had with Aaron's, hands down!! Thank you so much for all your help and professionalism! •Update• Tim and Samuel came and delivered my products that Justin helped us with and they were phenomenal!! Very professional and kind making sure my refrigerator was setup and working. Determined to get it in the house even though it was a tight fit. Lol they were awesome!! Thank you for your help guys!!

Got a couch around the beginning of the month . We picked it off the show floor and had it delivered. 3 days later I go to inspect the couch , the only piece of furniture in my new home and found BED BUGS!!!! I called them to come get the couch instantly and very angry. I told them I was not paying another cent for a couch with bugs. And that I want them to exterminate my house incase in that 3 days any had gotten in my house . Of course there wouldn't be an infestation yet but possibly a few that hid and cause a infestation later. They sent an exterminator to inspect the house. Not exterminate only INSPECT . This is their way to not pay for an exterminator. When the inspector says he can't see any ... well of course you can't see 1 or 2 just spray for the inconvenience and for my piece of mind . They have not done anything further. Not even made contact about the situation. We have had to call and bug them to do something about this issue. And they just won't do anything about it. Don't buy from here they have BED BUGS!!!!!!

Went into Aaron’s and I must say Ricardo is the definition of a professional sales man he made our shopping experience very fun. we left the store very pleased with our new couch plus he went out his way to make sure our delivery was on time. Love the store and I hope Aaron’s keeps Ricardo because he is truly one of a kind will definitely come back and request Ricardo for any future needs!!!

They are nice here but we've had problems with them wanting to take payments before they were due. We had it set up to be an automatic withdrawal. At first it was only a day ahead of time and that was the first payment. So we took care of that. Then on the second payment... Yip they tried taking it out a week and a half early. Well they didn't get it that early. When our payment is due from now on it will be paid in person with cash. No more automatic withdrawals.
