Last time we got something from them it was 10:30 pm befor it got to my house. I thought I would give them another chance. Boy was I rong to. I was told I would have gotten my washer and dryer on Wednesday and never did. Was told I was a priority for Thursday delivery and that it would be that morning. Well now it's not. The manager is a joke at this store. I got three different excuses and why I did not get them on Wednsday. Sounds to me like no one knows what to do and I am so Mad to put it nicely.

Needs better management. We’ve been good customers and never had problems before. Been waiting for a delivery and still couldn’t seem to do it. Poor communication thru the employees. Disappointingly won’t be returning for service!

Very unprofessional, Rude and unable to properly communicate with customers. Robert S was unable to even provide me with corporate phone number. Hello dude if your the CAA why wouldn’t you have this number. Officially filed a complaint and will no longer be doing business with AArons.

I have been a customer for 8 years. Loved these guys. Ordered a new fridge that was suppose to be delivered the Tuesday before I went on vacation. Never showed up. I called and was told I was not put on the schedule. Set up delivery for Thursday. Never showed up. Again I was told I was not put on the schedule. Leave for my vacation and they tried to charge me for the fridge and when I called about it to speak to a manager I was told he would call me back. 5 days later someone else calls me and then hangs up on me. I call back. She says oh I am sorry for that and then proceeds to tell me the manager has been too busy to call me. Ok. I will no longer be a customer of yours.

Stuck with a fridge I do not own and Aaron's won't pick it up. Frustrated and upset. Going on 3 weeks now of rescheduling to get them to do their jobs, but only seeing empty promises. Ex-boyfriend left it at house since his contract has it listed there. Cannot do my renovations in living room until fridge is picked up. Not making any payments that I know of. Father sat at home ALL DAY from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for them to come pick it up. Employees at office said driver would be there from 3 to 5. I let him leave around 6:30 and then I sat here all day. Called and they said driver was on his way. Couldnt ask any more questions since they closed themselves up at 7. Still waiting on driver. Hoping for driver... Driver finally showed up around 7:21. I liked the driver. His name was Robert. Robert was very quick and caring about customer. Only reason review got 1 star. Thank Robert.
