If I could give a INDIVIDUAL the rating I would, because Brian deserves 5 stars hands down! I only like dealing with him and only him. He knows his products, he knows how to treat a customer and handle any situation. His professional attitude and customer service is top notch!

I had ordered a couch and I was waiting for them to be delivered to my apartment never showed and late I called the store no help at all I didn't know what was going on with their deliveries they knew that they were late but couldn't tell me when they are arriving it's already past the time of their so-called delivery time very ridiculous

Only gave 1 star cause giving negative stars isn't possible. I experienced The manager and Katrina's bad attitudes first hand. They act like they own the store and the customers are their kids or something, I mean if you don't like your job get a different one! Preferably not anything having to do with customer service. Accordingly to past reviews, this has BEEN an ongoing problem, why are they STILL employed there?!

Brian was awesome with getting us a washer and dryer and getting us scheduled for a quick delivery. Great customer service and Bradon the delivery guy was quick and cool! 😎

Poor customer service! Katrina has been rude to me more than once! Brian is super friendly and helpful, but she'll never put him on the phone... Always excuses. I'm a loyal customer, but I will never buy from this store again.
