I like Donna and Brian they are definitely the face of the store. It’s crazy they have to suffer with the store behind these ratings. It’s always the back personnel with the rude behavior and they expect you to be okay. No I’m not going to be okay especially if I’m paying my money. Katrina is the worst and as many bass reviews about her and the Divisional board hasn’t done anything about it is crazy. If I’m set on the 7th and 24th why call me ??? Don’t run my card until them days or change it. Then it don’t go through you hounding and expect me to not get an attitude with your dry monotone voice . Stop it!!! That’s my fault for not looking at the reviews. I have already contacted someone.

If I could give a INDIVIDUAL the rating I would, because Brian deserves 5 stars hands down! I only like dealing with him and only him. He knows his products, he knows how to treat a customer and handle any situation. His professional attitude and customer service is top notch!

I had ordered a couch and I was waiting for them to be delivered to my apartment never showed and late I called the store no help at all I didn't know what was going on with their deliveries they knew that they were late but couldn't tell me when they are arriving it's already past the time of their so-called delivery time very ridiculous

I have never worked Or ordered anything from errands I did it this first time and I called to get an update the general manager I forgot his name who was a complete jerk very very rude. Proceeds to say that he talked to me before which isn’t true. I’ve never talked to him again I have never got anything from the store. He said he talked to me and then said he isn’t doing business with me but again I’ve never done any business with the store so whenever I proceed to ask why he wouldn’t do business with me he says he doesn’t need to explain. He just didn’t want to so I asked do you guys just not want business and he proceeded to say we just don’t want business from you again I have never been to the store. I’ve never even been inside of the store. I’ve never been a customer. I’ve never made an account and I’ve never ordered anything from them He was completely unprofessional and extremely rude, and I kept trying to understand why he wouldn’t work with me whenever it’s my first time coming to the store. I’ve never worked with the store in my life and he was just a complete jerk You’re saying he did not have to explain anything to me but again I am a first-time customer. I have never bought anything from the store.

Only gave 1 star cause giving negative stars isn't possible. I experienced The manager and Katrina's bad attitudes first hand. They act like they own the store and the customers are their kids or something, I mean if you don't like your job get a different one! Preferably not anything having to do with customer service. Accordingly to past reviews, this has BEEN an ongoing problem, why are they STILL employed there?!

Brian was awesome with getting us a washer and dryer and getting us scheduled for a quick delivery. Great customer service and Bradon the delivery guy was quick and cool! 😎

Poor customer service! Katrina has been rude to me more than once! Brian is super friendly and helpful, but she'll never put him on the phone... Always excuses. I'm a loyal customer, but I will never buy from this store again.
