Horrible place they destroyed my front screen door breaking the glass and the frame of it after slamming my screen door because no one was home they then denied it after checking security cameras and having 2 different neighbors come to us with the videos of the incident for sure will be taking legal action against them and the company for vandalism and damage and repair costs of this incident would definitely not recommend using these corrupt people they will lie and try to defend there actions
Abner always goes above and beyond. Best customer service in the 806. Always feel welcome when I am here and highly recommend this store to anyone.
Good but one of my contracts got messed up somehow before Gabe left and I was recharged for a whole new contract after I sent my dryer to be repaired and it came back. I paid on the old contract for a washer and dryer set and then when I got my dryer back they did a whole new contract that I never signed. My washer and dryer should be about paid off by now but it still shows that I have a bunch of payments left. When I asked about it they just said they didn't know anything about it. I used a loaner dryer for several months. And then they recharged me for a whole new set. Could someone please check into this for me.
Sent a ice box to be fixed a year ago we now are a year later done bought and paid off a damaged ice box that the Borger store said they would get the parts for haven't seen that haven't even seen our ice box that we sent in. A year ago to get fixed we keep getting the run around from the new young store manager abner that his district manager will call us for months we have not received a phone call no parts and definitely have not seen our ice box have been buying g stuff from rent a center for over 30 year My family has this is by far the worst this store has ever been run this is not how a store needs to be ran or operated lost the business of my family and will pursue legal actions if this is not made right
Friendly staff. Always there to help. Came through for me on short notice for my son’s Christmas present. This is the third account I get at Borger Rent-A-Center and Gabrielle is an awesome guy to purchase from.
