Horrible customer service…..whoever the man my mother was talking to on the phone was rude all we asked was for “ ez pay” to be taken off her account being that we paid it earlier than the scheduled payment….he was rude and yelling and claiming that there was no card on file which it was and that there was no “ez pay” on the account which it was….he needs more training in customer service because his is HORRIBLE…I did ask to speak to the manager he told me he was the manager and I said no the person who is over you and all he gave me was Michelle
This is why you read reviews first. Horrible experience. The start was great. Until you miss your first payment becuase you thought you paid 25 dollars up front to get the payment date to coincide with your payday. Had the General Manager show up to my house 2 times within 12 hour. And I wasn’t there but told someone in my house that was dog sitting I was 2 mo the behind on my payment. The best part was I had actually only had the item for 29 days at that point and paid to have the payment date made later. So illegally to tell someone personal finances to someone who 1. Doesn’t live there and 2. Had nothing to do with the contract.
The Aaron's at 104 Lake Rd, Belton, TX, is an awful business to buy from. I went to their website online and ordered a sectional yesterday only to check my status today and see that it was cancelled. Obviously, I was not the one to cancel the order. And the people there want to charge their customers double and constantly call for payments when it's not even time to pay. This business is horrible, the workers are greedy, and the payments are unreasonable.
One bag apple can spoil the whole bunch 😑 Over the years I have purchased and paid off a few different items through Aaron's at different locations. UNTIL NOW, my experience has always been exceptionally good. The management and staff have always been awesome and very understanding. This was the first time I have ever been left with a bad taste in my mouth from any interaction with anyone from Aaron's. The lady I spoke with was rude and condescending and a bit of an a$$hole. I have never not paid my bill or not paid off any of my accounts with them. She treated me like an overly aggressive collections agent trying to strong arm someone that hadn't paid their bill in months (3 days late because I was out of town on business and within the 7 day grace period) . . . And then told me it wasnt true that my bill had always been paid 😑 . . . Chelsea is the worst of the worst and if you have to deal with her I apologize because she clearly has zero customer service ability
No one had approached me in the store until I had waited at the counter for 10 minutes while one lady helped someone & 2 others sat in the office not paying attention. Once I received service it started off mediocre, the lady went from being rude & short to somewhat decent. I wasn't going to write a review until I received a call from a Stephanie, she was very rude on the phone. They had 3 phone numbers wrong because they couldn't read my handwriting and instead of asking me she accused me of giving them false information. I have never been treated so badly anywhere in Belton, I will not recommend Aaron's in Belton due to their horrible customer service.
