Juan and David worked so hard trying to get a sofa in for me. It didn’t fit unfortunately because the layout of my apartment made it impossible, but just the fact that they tried so hard to get it in meant a lot to me! Definitely recommend them as your delivery guys, and recommend the Beeville location and ask for Brian or Nancy because they’ve worked with me on trying to get me the couch I wanted.

The Account Manager Raphael Flores at the Beeville location was very disrespectful and very rude. This manager called my cellphone to remind me about a payment. He was very unprofessional, rude and was treating very disrespectfully. This manager was yelling at me on the phone and mistreated me very very badly. When I asked for the corporate number to complain on the recorded call and the manager just hung up on me. I called back to get the corporate number, and the manager answered the phone gave me the corporate number and slam the phone on me. I have never been treated so badly by anyone but this man has no busy working in customer service.

Provide great choices and the staff is very helpful. Unlike their competitors, they don't constantly feel the need to remind you that you need to pay and blow up ur phone. Paid for our sectional over the course of a year and a half and never had an issue.
