I am currently renting a ps5 from Bastrop Aaron's and it hasn't been the smoothest experience. They rented out faulty controllers which I took back and each time each controller didn't work correctly which I took videos of. They said if I bought a new controller I would get a month off which I did and they did honor. My payment is on the first of every month but they like to take it before that date and if I bring the payment in the store to pay in person they told me technically it will be the next month and I would have to pay extra charges. Should I maybe call their corporate? I feel as though I should take in consideration the months I payed full rental price since June of 2025 for a items that did not function properly. It has been a frustrating experience.

I was told I would be first in the morning. At noon I call. They had a flat 30 min before my call. Ok fine. Why didnt anyone call me? At noon he said they would head out in about an hour. 4 om I call again. Same excuse o ly now he says 7 pm. Wth? I was supposed to be first and now I'm last? All the while I have toddler sheets and bed pads the kids can't sleep on. Not ok
