After a lil hiccup with a table n chairs I got and encountered a bit of issue..after speaking with Roland about it he really helped me out I getting another one I appreciated all of his help ...over all I'm very happy with my experience with RAC on Fredericksburg Rd... definitely will recommend
Super happy we came by, y'all are awesome. I think his names Roland, he took care of us, he really went above and beyond. I think we got such a great deal on a really nice couch. We really appreciate y'all, thank you and super happy moving forward.
We've been with this specific location for years. We haven't been perfect. We've been lately, but RAC always gets paid. I do not appreciate the new manager, Christian, showing up to MY home to "introduce himself" then disrespect my husband about the drive. Horrible first impression. Do not come to my home, needing something and being disrespectful. Alvaro, you were on the phone with my husband, not me. I was in the background upset and you took it personally. No where did I state your name. You apologizing for your manager means absolutely nothing bc We've come to find that the relationship we thought we had with RAC is just really money hungry. Lastly, I'm finding the same items I am renting from here for half the price elsewhere. We will continue to pay off our two items after you pick up the third and wish you all the best.
The store manager Roland. Has helped me since day one . He extremely professional and very proficient in his work. I work from home so our communication was through texting and then even having that option is truly a live saver but even being across the keyboard his professionalism is outstanding. 10/10 Shop here
Called multiple times, had delivery scheduled. Day of called the store myself to confirm appointment and was told by Roland that it had been cancelled and he needed further information. It’s been a week, called multiple times and no one informed me of any additional requirements nor of the cancelled delivery. Then asked if I like to continue the process, NO I don’t what a stupid question to ask. Teach your employees how to communicate and train on how to schedule deliveries and what requirements are needed. Would’ve made everything easier and not waste my time. Online advertising is also false information. Don’t fall for any online promotions going on. Everything goes through until they ask for more money later.

The guys tried their best to make everything work out, I LOVE MY COUCH… My apartment stairs was very complicated but they tried so hard and was very understanding to my needs on getting it in at a fast matter. They deserve a raise and bounce because they worked super hard today and I was their last delivery. I will shop with you guys again. Thank you for my delivery 🚚
