THEN - if you call to ask to push a payment back a few days, AND make a double payment that day, they refuse to work with you. “You either bring a payment in or bring the item in” is exactly what we were told when asking for a little leeway. Needless to say, we let them come pick it up, and refuse to ever give a RAC our money again. Higher ups will be contacted tomorrow morning.
