My wife signed a legal binding contract yesterday and now they want to change everything after we signed a CONTRACT so I'll be taking legal actions hope they like court

I went online and filed out the application. They called me the next business day to finish the application then delived my stove! It was very quick and simple, I loved it! Everyone was very nice and respectful.

Very rude employees! Man had an attitude the whole time I was speaking with him. And then I was hung up on before getting the information about a product I was inquiring about. My boyfriend was also hung up on a few minutes before I called about the same product. Very unprofessional behavior here!!!! 😡

Worst Rent-A-Center experience ever. God forbid you have a bad week on the week your bill is due. If you’re late once, they harass you with phone calls and threats. THEN - if you call to ask to push a payment back a few days, AND make a double payment that day, they refuse to work with you. “You either bring a payment in or bring the item in” is exactly what we were told when asking for a little leeway. Needless to say, we let them come pick it up, and refuse to ever give a RAC our money again. Higher ups will be contacted tomorrow morning.
