Super rude, I called to pay and the lady stated we owed 135 when they had just tried to take out 40. She was very disrespectful over the phone and was threatening to file charges because I couldnt pay 135. Our online account even showed the 40. I will never do business with this store again. Ive had done business in the past with a different store but by far this is the most disrespectful people out there.

I called on the phone other day and spoke to a young man with the name of Landon he had awesome customer service and was super helpful in helping me find exactly what i wanting thank you RAC for having such an outstanding employee with a great head on his shoulders.

Was told there was nothing wrong with the washer and dryer even though they were used… but there was. Paid for a week even though I didn’t even really get to use it. Just not sure if I’ll come back after to get other stuff. They did offer a loaner dryer and did get the washer fixed. I think they just need to check stuff out before selling it super high.

NEVER will I ever recommend these people! I couldn't make it in on Friday like I always did, because of hard rain and they show up first thing Saturday morning to my job! I had told them I would be in Saturday! Plus I thought payments weren't due until Saturday anyways. So after that I just told them to go pick up their stuff because I wasn't going to deal with the harassment of them going to my place of business! If you are looking for a great deal, there is a new place in Rockport that opened up and is more affordable and all new as well! Great quality products plus it is less than half the cost of Rent-A-Cent!!!
