Overall the process was extremely easy to get what I needed. I returned my sectional couch because I was a few days late not even near 30 days because the way I got paid. I stayed in communication with the store manager told everyone hey I get paid on this day etc… I received a phone call from a different location about my payment I only got paid in three more days and my payments was set up the first of the month and I don’t get paid on the first. Overall I decided to give them back their furniture with only having the couch for 30 days because I do t like the feeling of being hassled when I told them my pay dates. So to save my money I told them to come pick up the couch. Arron’s really should set customers payments up around the customers payday and not tell the customers well this a new account which is reason why we can’t change it. Overall I’m happy with my decision everything in my house is paid for. That’s all.

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted and helped unlike the Lake Jackson store. They were honest with us they were on top of their game especially Rosa I will definitely recommend the Angleton store!

So the rental part easy enough setting up auto payments ok .But you want to return an item it's now 3 payments have to be made ok ✔ that one I have been waiting for a call back to get an approval to return merchandise really umm they don't tell you that when you rent it so make sure they tell you that before hand . We need AC our central unit blew up ok so I picked up 2 life saver in Texas need air well we finally had to replace whole unit now you need heat I explained that and now it's wait on a call to return rental merchandise give me a break you already got almost 700 for 3 months on 2 window units its called a rental agreement

This experience is based on my numerous interactions with this company even after telling them my name is not L. Villa or whoever they are trying to reach. This place keeps calling me from different extensions and I have to block them after telling them numerous times I am not the person they are looking for. It is not my fault that someone lied and placed my phone number for them. I have never leased anything from this place. Quit calling me or ill be forced to come in person to scream at you until you understand.

I went through them years ago for a table that I still have. So when I needed couches and washer dryer set I already knew where to go. Since starting the contract everything has gone smoothly. The people are very polite. Even had a mistake happen where I was charged earlier than scheduled and they called me right away to make sure it was okay. Will always remember Aarons
