Horrible experience. for the rest of you I wouldn’t even waste my time going to rent or buy with these people only after one payment being late they have the whole crew stocking and coming over your house which makes no sense because I have another account in a different name I’ve been 3 months late on payment after paying and they’ve never done this I will call and return the items from my other account they’re just ridiculous

Went in looking for a bed set left with a couch. She was very knowledgeable of the prices. We were approved for a certain amount and she made sure to find something that was right there for us. Everything worked out fine and very helpful

Love the people there, always very attentive to what you need and always willing to help you take what your there for. They are always nice people. I have bought many things here already and it's always ontime, well installed and even when I had to use my extra I surence that we have from them they were very good to come check my appliances and helpful.

Shands and Irma made our purchase amazing and worked with us when we were late on one payment due to me just starting a new job. The couches and washer and dryers are amazing. I love that they work with you and I love this store

Since the new personal started within the last 6 weeks I've lost interest in wanting to go. One of the new girls is always clueless and never has any answers and the other is rude. And then to top it off they close before time. We show up 15 minutes before door posted close time to get what we needed to purchase and the doors are down and locked. Idk we just loosing interest in wanting to continue to shop here.
