My wife rented a couch and end tables from there it was used when they brought it she kept it for a year never missed a payment or was late. She called them to come pick it up they said they would have to look at it to check the condition before they would pick it up. My wife told them it had normal wear. They told her if it wasn't in good shape she would still be liable for the other 8mts. They came an looked at it took two lamps an one table an left the couch an table an pillows an rug sitting in my driveway. I have rented numerous things from there paid everything off in the past but I will never ever rent another thing from there. Or recommend them to anyone. Take my advice stay away from there!!!!!!!!!

Had another so pleasant interaction with the store manager Jay. He was extremely rude and unprofessional

Poor communication. Very rude. Said I owned $311 I was able to pay $294 which was said to be okay the called back hours later and said I needed to pay $47 more dollars. Would not recommend

I am returning my items and I will never do business with Aaron’s again. I was threatened by Jay on multiple occasions when we were going through a hardship. I’ve paid 3k into this overpriced living room suite. Jay also called my spouse threatening him as well. I will never do business with Aaron’s again. I’d rather have a bare living room than have furniture that started falling apart after 2 months. Jay needs to be let go. Threatening and harassing people over and over again is not how you do business.

I had the worst experience with store manager Jay. I took special interest in this sofa. Upon inspection, I realized this item had not been cleaned properly and when requesting assistance from Jay, he offered no real solution and was not helpful in any way and his tone was not pleasant. And quite literally tried to sell me this sofa in this condition. I chose Aaron’s to furnish my first home and it was just an awful experience. The Aaron’s in Knoxville on Broadway was so much more helpful and Jay should take notes on customer service from their management and staff.
