This is the branch in Selmer Tn Was good at first and now I’m not pleased , they said I missed a payment which I don’t think I did but even if I did I don’t need to be called several times a day I don’t need them showing at my house , getting letters over one payment, the couch I got from them is such poor quality the stitching is coming out after day one , they are harassing people over one payment it’s crazy , never heard of such a thing . I do automatic payments , they pulling stuff like this they can just come and get the stuff because it’s not worth it. Rude also , a while ago i talked to one of the managers that obviously didn’t communicate with the other manager talked to me on the phone like i was nobody, in a harsh voice I’m so over Aaron’s and I can’t wait till everything is paid for, they are not worth the headache
My fiance and I have got merchandise from this location and they have been great. But up till last night I went to lay down in the bed we got from them that was a used bed ended up having bed bugs in the head board it's self. I'm taking the bed back and I'm hoping that they are very complying with me on this matter. But besides this issue they have been great people to deal with. Thanks for what you have done AARONS TEAM! Aaron's in selmer..... not a great business whatsoever. Staff can be rude and off-putting. Customer service is non-existent. Even to customers that have leased and paid off many items from this location, still treated as "day 1" customers. Solving service/warranty issues is like pulling teeth. They will feed you lies about where your product is at, that they will give you a loaner until yours is fixed, and tell you it's on it's way tomorrow day after day for a week or more. I'm sure after such a horrible experience we've been having with Aaron's we mostly likely will not do any future business with them. Store management needs an improvement. Return customers should be treated a lot better than this.
Very pleasant until later when I got home. I had a problem with the merchandise and when I called they accused me of doing the damage. It would be almost impossible but they didn't understand. They are sending someone out tomorrow so maybe it can be resolved.
