I started there with Mike when he worked there great customer service and had me setup quick with no hassle now with Jaime and Contessa there there amazing always nice when you call or go in to the store always answer any questions or concerns. I know for a fact they will have my business from here on out and won't be going anywhere else.

Employees are friendly. One of deliverymen even recognized my parents address even though it had been years when had furniture delivered to the address even though it was with a different company. Good great that the customers are remembered even though it has been years. The manager was very helpful on signing me up to purchase a washer and dryer. Even helped explaining the difference on 3 and 4 prong plug for my dryer. Very helpful. All the employees at American Rental was very professional. Thank you for the help
