If anyone plans on using rent a center I highly recommend you don't use the one in Brownsville they over charged us and when we asked for our money back that they overcharged they said they will refund when they get their items back and we asked when they were coming they have been saying they were coming since last Thursday and now they are refusing to give us our money back they were supposed to come today and never showed up they have poor Customer service Saturday they were supposed to be there at 9:30 and we waited till 7-8pm and still didn't show they keep bugging us about their items but they aren't showing up to get them!! I will never use them again!!!
Aarons in Ripley TN is the BEST when it comes to customer service. I have returned several times because I appreciate their kindness. I could haven't gotten cheaper furniture from local store, but because of their customer service at Aarons, they got my business! Tim is amazing in running his store.
Best service ever! Manager, Tim is absolutely the best . He is solution minded and is always willing to listen. Great team of folks they have in Ripley TN. If you need something, please give them a call.

I’m buying a bed from the store in Ripley, TN and they have been supposed to have come out to fix the frame for the past 4 days now and they still haven’t. I was told that they would be here between 3 and 7 Thursday and they never showed. They showed up at least an hour late on Friday and brought the wrong piece despite me telling them what piece they needed AND showing them pictures. They told me that they had to go get the correct piece from dyersburg, but I would be first on the list Saturday and they would be here between 9 and 11 but they never showed. I am VERY unsatisfied with my service from there.
