On Dec 23 the store manager Brittany told her employee to break into my home. Police report has been made. I am now returning everything back I will no longer be a customer and now taken legal action. This is unprofessional invasion of my privacy.

Straight up lied to me and my roommate about an account issue and ended up spending the entire day waiting on a delivery that never came! Very disappointed since I’ve never had a problem in the several months I’ve been doing business with them

The lady who manned the counter was nice, but the store didn't have what we exactly needed. When we said where we lived the manager piped up and insisted "That's not our area" but in a very rude way. Didn't even ask us if we could transport the items ourselves just told us to basically go.

Extremely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Showing up to my home because of a miscommunication regarding payment schedule instead of CALLING like a respectable person would. Love the couch, it’s nice but don’t appreciate the rudeness whatsoever.

Five stars!!! The manager she is wonderful and her staff very respectful!!! I'm very happy with my new furniture. The moving guys did great getting my furniture in my home without any issues . They also went over paper work and ask if I had and question and wanted my feed back which as a customer is always great!!!
