The Manager and employees of American Rental go above and beyond to assist their clients. They have a welcoming and friendly environment and they go out of their way to assist in their client’s needs!!! Over the last ten years, I have experienced fantastic service from American Rental employees.
just moved to the area w my bf and we needed a washer and dryer. called and spoke to keith about a nice samsung set and he made the process super fast and easy which i LOVED. they even delivered and hooked everything up for me and showed me the bells and whistles. ended up also getting a couch from them too and they delivered a few hours later! i will def be recommending this place to others!
We're so happy with our new dryer and we also got a very affordable new TV on our visit in. Professional and prompt service. We thank the staff of American Rentals, New Tazewell.
