Well jumped on board for there Christmas special just one cent gets your merchandise. Well 3 days later no call no anything. So I call ,oh we need two weeks payment up front blah blah..STOP false advertising can I give zero starz? Don't fall for it. A 200$ TV at Walmart will cost you 2000 wth these crooks

JUST PLAIN AWFUL! I always have problems with them. Them charging me double to taking the payment out days before they need to. I owed 1,150.90 left on my bed... My mom payed 500$ on it as a gift right. 1,150.90-500=650.90 NOT 900 something! Even if there was interest left in it paying that much down at once before the day estimated day of final payment should have Brought it down. Even then, The First person I talked to said I ONLY HAD....->>> 1,150.90 to PAY ON IT.................BS 100% would not recommend this place. ON TOP OF THAT THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. I live 30 minutes away and the lady who was there was Extremely rude to my mom who was paying on somethings, I almost got into my car to give that lady a piece of my mind. A month back when I was going to call to see how much I owed on my bed, she had me on hold for a HOUR! (The same lady who was rude to my mom) While I was on hold I drove to the store and the lady was just standing in front doing nothing..... no customers or anything.

We moved into a new place and the landlord took the appliances out when he moved. We needed a stove and refrigerator. We came in on a Monday and was told the appliances couldn't be delivered to our area until Thursday. We couldn't wait that long for the appliances to be delivered so we found other means. We cancelled the order and was told we couldn't be refunded just given store credit even though we cancelled before the units were set to be delivered. Be wary of how this place operates and keep in mind it may take almost a week until your items are delivered

This place is a joke. I’d give ZERO stars if it were an option. My fiancé and I had ordered a bedroom suit and a living room suit together at the beginning of October. The people we spoke with said it would be a week before the furniture was delivered. We wait that week, and we’re told that the truck was loaded this morning and would be delivered by 5 pm. At 6 pm, we call to check the status of our delivery and are told it will be the following day. The people he spoke with said the truck had to be loaded. Someone is lying somewhere. We canceled our order. Customer service is terrible. For the price we would be paying, we deserve much better treatment.

Just so everyone knows this company does not verify any card or financial information before charging the card. This means as long as someone can get access to your card number they can go into any Aaron’s and use your card to make purchases. They do not refund or accept any responsibility in the fraud that occurs. Your information is not safe and neither is your money. They don’t check to make sure to even certify name on the card before they charge it. They say “money is money”. They basically don’t care if it’s stolen or not that is your problem. Jarrod, the manager will lie and say money has been refunded when it is not. They charge cards without permission and if you want your money back you pretty much have to hire a lawyer and go to small claims court (because they seem to think hard working single mothers can usually afford this extra expense). Corporate has been made aware of this store but tread carefully with your money when it comes to them.
