They get their money every month. Whether I work out a weekly payment for the month or pay it all in one. The person who messages me is extremely rude. He talks to you like your stupid. He told me and I quote. "If you work at a job, which you claim is a substitute teacher. So you get paid for said job correct?" And that is just the cherry on top of the cake for me and my family. Because he has been rude more then this. This was just the thing to brake the camels back. Very unprofessional. Once I have these last few payments done l will never go back. I even know a few former employees that talk about how rude of a person Jason is.

Already made 2 payments was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago they rescheduled without letting us know here it is the end of businesses day and still nothing!!!!

my experience at rac was great in laf. the GM was very kind Christy was very nice and kind about the way she dealt with the sale. we didnt have to wait long for our couch to be delivered. the delivery guys were very nice and good at there job. Jason is a great gm and very helpfull

Worst place ever to shop at to get anything at or anything. Manager is very rude. Disrespectful does not know how to do his job correctly and the movers themselves are very horrible. Disrespectful don't know how to do their job. They're very lazy. Will never buy from Rent-A-Center in the LaFollette location ever again. All of the workers are very lazy and rude. If I buy from Rent-A-Center it will be in Sevierville or anywhere else I will take my business elsewhere
