Very rude! I dread to even call and make my payment because i know they’re going to be very rude. Don’t even think about asking a question or try to make a late payment, the guy that works there got very loud with me and said they could just come pick up my things if i wasn’t satisfied with his services

The person I spoke with on the phone (I believe it was a gentleman, but could have been a very gruff sounding woman) was very rude. She/he explained that whoever I was living with would have to be on the lease for the PlayStation I was attempting to order. I told the person that they could be on there. She/he then proceeded to get loud with me like I wasn't understanding what they were saying when, in reality, they did not understand ME. If you don't have customer service skills, then do not find employment where you have to talk to people. Being rude will just lose customers for the whole company. I will NEVER attempt to get anything from Rent-A-Center again. If I could give less stars, I would.

The staff are great if I am looking for something they don't have they go above and beyond to find it. They are always cutting up and seem to be one big family. I personally love that and the idea when I walk through the door they know who I am.

So, I had a journey with Rent a Center.. We saw a couch on the showroom floor, asked for it to be delivered. The price was $19.99 a week. We got a couch delivered that looked similar to it, but not the same. Once we saw it in the light, it had stained purple permanent marker lines, a cigarette burn, tears, etc. Then the price had changed to $24.99 a week. I went up there and asked to speak with the manager to correct the problem. She acted like I was being ridiculous, told me that they got it from the Memphis warehouse, so mixups happen, and basically said they would not be correcting the problem. I was furious, so I returned the couch, went through another company, and I will literally NEVER go back there. Horrible, HORRIBLE service. I still can't believe how they handled the situation. I wish I could give zero stars.
