The experience I have had has been outstanding and making sure I have had a thorough run through of needs to be met. The two gentleman who delivered and picked up my furniture were articulated and caring very compassionate about my health and situation. The manager is out to make every customer satisfied with their experience. Very very satisfied
It was good when they first delivered the bed it wasn't the bed that we had ordered so they promptly searched and searched until they found the one we wanted and delivered it to us immediately
Tara and Bree are always friendly and ready to help anyway they can! They both have great customer service skills.
Their friendly and eager to help get u what u want and out the door the con part of it all is getting a deal or some sortof break ...they need to lighten up little bit shouldnt matter if I'm an inmate or were on what I'm aloud to have
Since getting their "credit" manager I don't care to go in their store any longer. If we had another option we would tell them to come get their item
