Really horrible already paid off one item and I am behind on the 2nd and they threating you with west Warwick police department having them call you talking about pressing changes man if u don't stop harassing me and my social is in the system send it to collection if your that pressed but threating and calling police on a one year client is wild !!
Very dishonest people. I rented a laptop here for a month and paid my initial charge. I was told if I get it back to them by a specific date then NO more charges would be incurred. I got the laptop back to them by the specified date (which is literally all that I needed it for anyway) and was told the account is closed and I will incur no more charges. The man I spoke with very cool and I initially trusted him to be up front and honest with me. Everything went completely smooth with the initial visit and then the return of the laptop. Tell me why I left that place with good feelings and expecting to be done with the whole transaction and I look at my bank statement and see ANOTHER charge AFTER THE FACT. I was not reached out to in anyway to notify me that anything would continue to be charged to me or that I had any unresolved issues with them. Even if this is resolved, its a shady way to do business and they will never see me as a customer again. Shady, shady, shady ...and at best the scenario is they are just incompetent and I shouldn't have been charged extra and someone messed up on bringing my transaction to a close. Now I have to go see them about this when I expected this whole transaction to be done. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. Don't rent from them.
I was unaware that there was different models of my PC that came prebuilt so I was kind of sad to learn that I am limited with my gaming experience more than half way through my buying experience. I love my items and that's the 1 star. Anytime I am late on a payment I am hounded during the work day which doesn't make sense, like I'll pay for my items obviously. I know their job is to contact regarding late payments however it is a bit excessive. The availability in items is great as well that's the second star.
I literally missed 1 payment! On the day I agreed to have the amount for them. They show uup at my house & wouldn’t even accept the cash I owed them.? They just took my merchandise. Although, I’m glad they did. Now some other company got their payment & I got better merchandise. & I don’t have to pay $1200 more than my laptop costs in any other store!
We have been dealing with rental center for a few years now. And we love everyone that we have come in contact with. They all have been nothing but so very nice. We had a problem with a lap top. Took it back and was so understanding and we got a different one. And have had no problems. We will continue to do business with the company and the people that work for them in west Warwick. Thank you for all you do and for making things so easy.
