A neighbor used their service and I guess missed an appointment or payment, and so now they're bothering my entire building every day. We have NOTHING to do with you and clearly coming by every day isn't changing anything, so leave us out of it.
If I could add a 0 I would. I declined to sign a furniture agreement bc of an added charge that I didn't know about the day before, in addition to the time frame I wanted to make payments. At first I thought they were reasonable bc I changed my mind like four times. I've decided to use a different RAC that didn't add the additional cost and the over all price was cheaper, HOWEVER they deliberately wouldn't send over my information to the other store just so I couldn't process my order, in addition to losing the 1cent promotion that ends tomorrow. I've used the company before and even had credit but never have I had to deal with this. I've reached out to the store directly several times, emailed corporate, and stuck on hold with customer service. RAC is good but this store is not professional !!
Fire the Blonde Manager. She's racist and chooses to verify all contacts on the spot but gives white people the collateral right away.
Blonde manager Maureen is totally rude and does not know how to interact with people. How she keeps her job is beyond me. I will never go back to this location. A monkey could do her job better.
