PLEASE READ! We have been with RAC on and off for about 10 to 14 years. There is Lady who is amazing and always understanding. Now, there is Danny who is probably one of the most ignorant people that I have ever come across. Today, we had Danny and another man want to take the living room set that we currently have with ONE missed payment which we planned on paying tomorrow. Now, again, we have been dealing with them for years. Usually always and fairly accommodating. Danny and I exchanged words today due to the fact he told me that I am “stealing” from them when I happened to ask if you run a business, why so ignorant. It definitely escalated from there. I told him life has been lifing and that we would be in tomorrow with cash. He replied with “I don’t care” first off, ew. Secondly, the way this man talked to me. No, sorry, I’m not the one. I will never have someone speak to me the way I was spoken to today. Man or women. Absolutely not. I gave Danny 2 minutes to get off my property. I told him again. He then walked onto the street and said “I’m not on your property. I’m on the street” now at this point I am absolutely irate. Second guy, the other guy with him said “I would rather not come to your house every week” every week?! Sir, please get a grip. I then called the police after these oh so tough men would not leave. We were outside. Police came, basically told them to leave and have me go in tomorrow to pay which obviously isn’t and was not the issue. I then called the manager Steve who my husband usually deals with. Steve and I don’t really see eye to eye. There is always usually an issue. In the past years, we have never had issues with RAC but until recently, the ignorance has gotten real and I’m not the one to entertain that. Im all honesty, if lady was running this place, there would absolutely be no issue. She is great, understanding and always seems to help. I’m sorry we’re even with RAC at this point and I can’t wait until this furniture is paid off as we already paid quite a bit…

I have been a customer of rent a center since 2011, have had many locations business, and this location by far is the best to do business with, Steven and his team are 100 percent for their customers an serving them to the highest level, I enjoy this location and this team, Steven is always willing to help he is also understanding, they do their job and are willing to go above and beyond. The store always is clean and filled with smiles when entering, stock is always available quickly and delivery is always professional. This location has become my only location

Worst place to do business Aaron’s down the street a lot better with a wider range of furniture and equipment with better deals

I give you five star to the store day absolutely good Customer Care but the only thing I don’t like it Is they are not help you? To give you discount wen they Cannot fix it, your items, Especially when they charging you $6.99 Four premium care Whatever I asked her for stop to pay that they never do it plus when I almost finish my payment for one of my items they never fix it they hide the price Double the amount so be careful guys finish your payment before the six months or they started to double the price
