Furniture was in my SO name and he was incarcerated and was behind 1 payment. Refused to work with me when I offered to make a payment. Overall horrible experience from Chris and his whole crew. Will shop at rent a center next time and will never recommend.

They were so loud that it was hurting our ears and we couldn't tell if they were arguing or just joking around. We rent from this store and have for years.
