You need to stop parking your trucks on the sidewalk and in the firelane.. it is an obstruction of sight for drivers and pedestrians.
This place is an absolute joke. After calling in and explaining that we had to cover funeral expenses after my mother unexpectedly passed away this month and setting up a new payment arrangement they came today and took my fridge because they could not wait 3 days for the payment. I also have 3 kids and with everything that is going on they pretty much said not their problem. Will never do business with them again
Lack of communication was told four months ago. I was going to get a side-by-side refrigerator and never gotten it plus my dryer does not dry and my oven does not have self self clean and they didn’t even build my bed so the boards kept breaking and every time I would sit on it for months.
So far I have enjoyed my interactions with rent a center. Esp my local store team...Josh is an extremely friendly w excellent customer service. I am also pleased w the way rent a center is willing to work ei'zith u beforee
We bought a washer and dryer here. They delivered it earlier than we were told, which is awesome! Mel B was amazing and accommodating. She was thorough and left out no details. Thank you again for everything!
