Dealt with these people long time now I have a problem with a person who keeps neglecting there basics of the job a harassingme (brandon kress) spoke with crystal and she noted the account that only her is to deal with me after having multiple issues with them not passing messages to there boss and getting back to me when there's a problem and within 24 hours of speaking to crystal and noting my account I get another call from same person Brandon and when he didnt like it messages messages me on social media I will start filing charges if this continues

Horrible was late first time out of a year renting item from this location. Asked if I can do one week payment to catch up then the rest sat 1st. Told me new "LAWS" DONT ALLOW PARTIAL PAYMENTS. then said we will have to come pick up the items if you can pay 3 weeks. Like serious this was the first time we were late we already paid over 800 dollars for washer dryer over the past year !!!. 😒 can't wait to pay this off. And be done . Rude employees. And people who knocked on the door and had my daughter call her father at work. I understand payments but literally the first time in a whole year we were late.

My wife and I have dealt with this location several times, and we have always been taken care of. This place is great for a family on a budget. You get quality items for fair prices that you are able to pay off over time. They come with warranties and matanance plans and they deliver what you purchase to your house. The salespeople are awesome. The delivery guys are really cool and do a great job. All of the employees understand that customer service is key and they live by this. As long as I live in the area, I will continue to deal with RAC and the great people who work for them, and I recommend you do the same. Thanks, RAC.

Awful experience. Recently got a PlayStation from this location. When I went online to make my $25 payment They also had a tv linked to my account which I did have or ever have. Was unable to make my PlayStation payment without also paying for this mystery television. Spoke location on more than one occasion without resolve. By the time the issue was resolved the PlayStation payment had back up to the point where I was unable to make a payment. Will never use this location or rent a center again.

To start, there is a recliner couch sitting in the front of the showroom, on display. I sign an agreement to have it delivered and was told this morning that it would be delivered. Before delivery I am told after waiting two hours on this, that the wires were stripped on it and no one called me to let me know about this for one. For two, my 82 year old father that I take care of has nothing to sit in but an upright hard chair with not even a footstool! I call them back and I am told they are trying to order a part for it but still they don’t get it! My father has nothing comfortable to sit in and this item was on display in the front window of their store. Then he call them back, they don’t call me as they promised and they tell me they ordered the part but might be two days till they get it, then they tell me they are having issues reading the number on the chair to even order it! Then I am told they will have the store manager call me back when she gets off the phone, also that she has been in conferences. Sounds like excuses to keep at this point. Then I am told sarcastically to have a nice day. I will finish the end result on here so the public knows how customers that work long hard hours in nursing are treated and her elderly father.
