Horrible!!! Been waiting for my washer and dryer for almost 9 weeks. Yet I pay every week even the insurance I was told I have to take out. I’m paying for insurance and items aren’t even in my house. Everytime I call the sales man says the serial numbers don’t match with the washer and dryer they have for me and there’s nothing they can do to fix. But yet I continue to pay because if I don’t they said it will never get delivered
The staff is very friendly and courteous. The agreements are simple and easy to understand. I've yet to have a problem with any merchandise either purchased or leased thru here. Deliveries/setups are quick and convenient
When returning my furniture after only one month not even (it wasn't being used) the guys came and picked it up today and literally dragged the couches and threw them on the truck I reported it to the associate on duty Brian also when they called and told me they were outside I asked if they call 45 mins before they asked me who told me that which now I'm thinking they are new, and they weren't turns out they been around for a while so Brian told me they didn't speak no good customer service all around bad energy! Im going to follow up with a manager, some people just don't fit their job description to me!
They said a my payment was returned but the thing is I’ve been paying 2 or 3 payments at a time so i am ahead in payment but they called about a returned payment. That’s the only problem I had. Other than that I had a. Great experience. My I will have my TV paid off in 6 months. Just a few more payments.
