I ordered 2 recliners to accommodate guests over the holidays. The chairs were supposed to arrive on a Friday. I got a call the day of delivery, saying the chairs weren't in, and they rescheduled for Monday. Then on Monday, the delivery was delayed a few hours, which I understand happens. But, when they arrived, they only had 1 chair. I called the store and they found the other chair & they were going to bring it. But then the manager called me and said there was a piece missing for the chair. She wanted to get the piece in and deliver the chair the next day, but I had company and needed the chair. Plus I had already gotten someone to be there for the delivery on Friday, then Monday, then stay later on Monday because I had to work during the delivery times. I didn't want to have to find someone a third time. So they sent the chair without a piece, (which was cosmetic, so the chair was totally functional). I was supposed to go to the store the next day to pick up the missing cover, but I didn't have time because it was 2 days before Christmas. When I got home that night, I discovered that the chairs didn't even match! At that point, it was too late to fix it. The next day was Christmas Eve and there wasn't time to locate another chair. So I ended up with 2 chairs that didn't match and one of them had a metal plate showing on the side. And I spent a lot of time at work making personal phone calls, trying to accommodate a dysfunctional company instead of them accommodating their customer.
Not even worth the star. Terrible customer service! Never received my items because there is no delivery staff. Management didn’t even have enough courtesy to communicate any delays or cancellations. Every time I reach out to follow up I’m getting the run around about delivery. A waste of time I’m telling you DONT DO IT! Manager told me out her own mouth she can’t get her guys to come in. They also don’t do deliveries on Wednesdays, Black Friday or when it rains. So what do y’all do? Everybody on the clock but not handling business. Was even told at one point I could pick up my items, and when I agreed they had no choice but to confess it’s not even there! Close it down!
We have had a brand new refrigerator serviced twice to no resolve. We’re told they don’t have any others to replace it with so we are waiting for one on order and that is taking far too long. In the mean time, paying for something that doesn’t work and having to buy/ make ice daily along with having to listen to a loud, obnoxious grinding motor all day long!
This review is long overdue, and I never write reviews, but their service definitely deserves it. I had a house fire, where I lost everything. Carmen, the manager of the store, was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, compassionate, and did everything she could to get things rolling so that we would have furniture. She offered to do whatever she could, as things had to go through the insurance company. She went above and beyond being able to quick pull together furniture, especially beds and bedroom sets for my children, so they would have the best possible set up, within the budget. She showed so much compassion, heart, and care, in making sure they had whatever they needed and stated she wanted them to feel comfortable in their bedrooms, after them losing everything. She was focus on my children, and having them be happy after all this. All that meant so much to me. She worked hard to stay within our limited budget, working overtime to make everything work, coordinating everything, and then get everything delivered as soon as possible to our new rental home. Her staff were friendly, kind, and worked hard setting everything up, so that our rental would be complete and feel like "home" for my children, upon their arrival. Going through this tough time, and the level of care, compassionate, and effort that they all showed, especially Carmen, meant the world to me. I can't thank them, and especially Carmen, enough. They are wonderful people who cared about making sure someone else's children felt safe, comfortable, and "whole" in their temporary home, after a devastating incident- that's priceless and they deserve to be commended for their big hearts and amazingly hard work. Thank you so much you guys!!
Love Carmen she is for her customers and even went out of her way to get to know me and my family and buy our newest bundle of joy baby clothes and diapers. Just very thoughtful and the delivery girls are amazing as well. Good prices and deals as well!
