How It Works

Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

As long as you keep in touch with these folks about your payments and any issues you may have making them, they WILL work with you.
Be careful buying any electronics here. They will tell you it’s new and charge you the new price and then send you home without vital contents proving someone already had it and then didn’t return everything.
Didn’t know when you do an early pay off you get charged $417 for paying something off early. Never again will I ever do business with Aarons. Total scam and rip off
So I purchased a refrigerator maybe a year ago or 2 years. It was a used one, I do not think they check this refrigerator over fully. So Aaron’s deliver me the used refrigerator I had to take the doors off to get it in my home only to find little eggs in the doors and in the fridge only to find they were roaches. I took pictures an called Aaron’s to informed them that this fridge was infest with them. So I was told they would provide me traps or reduce my pay off on the fridge and they would not take it back I barely had to throw it out. I am extremely pissed off that I have now spent money ever week to try and get theses damn things out of my home. And the worker I do not think put this in the computer also I mention it a couples weeks ago and I was more like lying. At this point I am thinking about sending all my stuff back to them.
Honestly, this place is a total scam. The cheapest couch was almost twice the price of other furniture stores cheapest couch and worse qualify. Then on top of it, they suck you in by advertising the per month price to suck you in and come up with these payment plans where you end up paying considerably more than the original price. They're preying on poor people. Promising affordable furniture then in the end charging at least three times as much as you'd pay somewhere else, and that's assuming you make all the payments on time. I don't know what the late fees are, but if it's anything like most payment plan services, they'll be steep. Don't let this place fool you, they aren't on your side. They profit off people who can afford it the least.
