I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. I called on January 20th 2026 and ordered a mattress with foundation. I was told it would be in a week later. I called a week later and it was not in the system. So I called again on January 30th 2026 and was told that the bed that I ordered somebody else that works in the store sold it. Now my grandson has to still sleep on the floor because nobody in that store talks to each other nor do sales people look to see on the system that it was already sold to another customer that ordered it a week prior. When I pay off the stuff I have with them now I will be going to Rent-A-Center, I don't care that I will pay more money. A customer for over 10 years they screw over. How many others has that store done that to. You're not worth my time anymore.
Always super helpful and friendly if anything you rent needs fixed they are really good about getting it fixed
Worst Place to get something I rented a bedroom set a couple months ago they spilled wax all over my floor tv and bed and haven’t replaced anything other than the bed they said was new but was used terrible experience
This place is definitely a lot better than rent a center. They always take their time helping me and assisting me in every matter Ive needed help in. Communication is key and customer service is great indeed!! 🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓
Very unprofessional group of people with the exception of brad. There is no communication between them so after you have set something up with someone then you have someone else calling you multiple times a day every day and then he says every time " They didn't put any notes in the computer". Not my fault you all can't get your crap together and communicate with one another. Do better.
