Can I just say…currently I forget the most generous women’s name who has been working with me and my account during all of the chaos I’ve been going through with my situation. I’m so thankful and blessed because not one other company has tried to help during this time. This isn’t no bs situation and nobody does do these reviews when times like this happen. I truly just am stuck on how great this has truly been!
We would never go anywhere else. Couches to kitchen tables, when we move or we are ready for a new piece of furniture, we know who to call. The process is seamless and you get amazing service with prompt response and quick and easy delivery.
I arrived at RAC like 10 minutes before closing on a Friday, an unfortunate situation caused by my work schedule. However, the sales representative was understanding, kind, and we got my furniture picked out and initial paperwork signed. The next day we got the initial payments and documentation signed and the furniture was delivered to my house. Very professional, very swift, and the job was completed with utmost respect and courtesy. Excellent experience. Good work guys.
Do not rent or waste your time with these RUDE people! I rented from the Pottstown location for years & they are much better with customer service! I moved & simply wanted to rent a washer. The RUDE manager Shawn was trying to get me to rent a washer & dryer umm no! Then told me the only way that I could rent from them is to rent to own!! Since when? I CALLED corporate! You're welcome! Even his voice is annoying & RUDE! WE are a military family! Show some respect!
Honestly they work with me even through my hard times. I appreciate everything they have done for me and are doing for me. Great place to rent from. Very friendly and understanding.
The woman at the store was so rude and started saying ‘We don’t do short term rentals on mattresses anymore’ even before the other person at the store who was speaking to me, I did not utter anything related to short term or long term, I just asked about the concept, the prices and availability of the bed -set I was actually looking for. I had to leave because she was not welcoming at all. The moment she uttered ‘we are not doing short term on mattresses’ I was offended and also thought why would they name it a ‘Rent-a-center’. The same day a little while ago I visited another rent-a- center where the people were really nice but it was not close to my place, I had to drive to Phoenixville to get discriminated. I believe this preconceived perspective should change. I think at least to decide whether the person is looking to take advantage of the store one should hear out the customer but not by their ethnicity. They should at least warn/train this woman on how to treat all customers without discriminating by just looking at them. I am not a person who writes reviews but I want to speak out regarding this experience.
