The worst company I’ve ever experienced. They’re the rudest, most disrespectful people I’ve ever met in my life. They harass you the day a payment is due and when they come to your house the guy stays on your porch for 30 minutes repetitively knocking. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

I’ve never hated anything on this planet except for rent a center. They charge over twice as much than the product is worth and are very disrespectful in the process. I filed a complaint with corporate and they could care less as well. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

They are scammers I payed my monthly on top of extra money to pay off my stuff David told me I paid off my couch and PS4 but called them today to get told no you didn't pay it off

Took my money AFTER I turned in my product. Been two weeks I still haven’t been given my money back. I’ve spoken to Rochelle several times who says it’s been given back and I’ll be called back by her boss- which has yet to happen.. ridiculous.!!!

Horrible!!! I got a couch from them. It was a cream colored couch. I wasn’t home. My mom was there. They kept dropping my couch on the ground outside by the time they got it into my house there was scuff marks and it was so dirty and I had to find out from a neighbor that they kept dropping my stuff on the ground. They eventually ordered me a new one and then they tell me I’m getting a brand new fridge and they ended up giving me this everywhere they didn’t give me no shelves for the side of the refrigerator so I had to put all my condiments on the shelves the bottom shelves where you put produce and stuff didn’t even fit. They were too small. The freezer side did not shut unless you slam it because the door was leveled. It was absolutely ridiculous. Then they tell me they’re going to give me a new fridge and have it delivered then they end up telling me they never said that and that they were just going to come over and fix it. I’m calling corporate. This was the worst experience ever. Also Sarah or Sara from the new castle pa store she supposed to be manager and she’s so disrespectful and hung up on my mom and wouldn’t explain why our payment was so high. So instead of explaining she gets mad because my mom was asking how it was that much!!! This place is absolutely terrible!
