I must say. I have been an Aarons customer since 1998 ish. I lived in FL 30 yrs and quickly became a GOLD card status member.I still have a file of everything I ever bought. Yes I own it all. I.love Aarons. Buddy.RAC, Rent King etc could never take me away. FWD I relocated home to PA. I was thrilled to see Aarons in my GIANT plaza. I am still a happy customer. I met many managers and staff. By far Monique and Mark are the most KNOWLEDGABLE and ACCOMODATINGto me. I bought my most expensive product yet. If it was not for the both of them tag teaming about, perks, benefits, and personal experiences with you, I would have never purchased as much. Today, they did it again, helped me get the best in discounts as well as protection. I am well pleased.To top my visit off today, Nicolas was very accommodating in helping me navigate to the reviews. They are so appreciated and seen as an asset in my eyes to my favorite and only rental company. Much love, favor, promotion to them. It was yet another reason to keep partnering with Aarons. I love Jerry because he is a great manager and it shows.Amen

I have rented from this store for the past 3+ years. Never ever had a problem or issue with any of the staff. Always professional and willing to go the extra mile. New furniture delivered this morning to new apt. Nick and Josh were the fellas who made the delivery. Nick is a HOOT and Josh followed suit!! Thanks guys for the laughs and a job well done!!

I was in the Middletown store, which is beautiful by the way, and Jerry, the GM, convinced me to buy a lawnmower. Bright and early the next morning Nick and Joshua delivered it. These two guys were, quick, professional and even showed me how the electric mower worked! I immediately started this review when they left. Great job guys!

I sent my washer back to be repaired and never got it back. They gave me a loaner and had me under the impression that my new washer was sent out for repairs. This was over a year ago so hopefully I don't have to take them to small claims court . A young man name Josh is helping me so I will keep you posted on this case. They need to do better with situations like this when people spend their money.

Big thanks to Steven and Chandler for delivering my mattress. They were extremely professional, and if I ever order anything from Aaron's again I hope they deliver it.

I recently visited this location to pay a bill and I was just greeted with the upmost positive and nice enthusiasm from the sales lady Monique. She even gave us an amazing deal on a brand new mattress. Also a huge shout out to the veteran Marcus, his expertise on merchandise and friendly service won us over. Awesome place to visit for your home needs.

Had my furniture set delivered and the original driver couldn’t get it in the house. I told them to leave it outside and my husband would get it. The woman at the store was not ok with that. She sent someone else back out to fix the problem. A young man named Markus and his dad were incredible. They brought the couch right in and set everything up. Markus was out originally and he did everything he could to get the couch in but his partner wasn’t much help. Markus, you did an amazing job and should be proud of yourself!! Thank you!!! 😊

The gentleman’s showed up same day and installed my tv. Younger guy loved my reptiles. They are awesome thank you guys. 😀
