Because of Lyndsay, I would give five star! Very dedicated very professional! Even off the clock, Even while sick, she still will get the job done. You don’t find a lot of people nor workers like this. Especially with the dedication, she has to work! I am thankful and greatly appreciated her! And I feel like she really needs recognized! The delivery driver Derrick was also amazing and the guy working with him, I wasnt able to catch his name.

Some maybe friendly but God forbid your 1 payment behind they come to your door and want to pick up your stuff that you have been paying on for a year already you explain what happened that you can make 2 payments the next time they don't even care not a trust worth place at all they do not work with you at all do not go there please go rent from somewhere else that will work with you never will rent from them again

Why not give your credit card number to a convicted felon? It’s not like he’s gonna buy steaks out of the back of the next pickup that drives by. I’m sure he’s got good judgment. When all that nice stuff that you paid the $50 weekly rental fees on shows up, sit and enjoy it. Cause you ain’t never gonna pay that store again. They WILL NOT TAKE YOU TO COURT. They will call. Boo. They will show up. LOL. But that is it. Corporate just writes it off as an insurance claim. SOOOO many people are taking advantage of this joint simply because of this little factoid. Now, go and order that XBox, 75” TV and a sweet sectional.

I was approved for $2000 same as cash OR $50 a week. My son really wants a gaming computer for Xmas so I went to the McKeesport store and a worker named John who claimed to be the assistant manager (when I asked to speak to a manager) said I was not able to get the computer because it had to be less than $2000. The approval clearly reads $2000 same as cash OR $50 a week. I also wanted to buy a gaming chair and he said it wasn’t marked yet, but an employee had already purchased it. This man discriminated and lied as soon as I walked in the door. Terrible customer service

We just got our furniture delivered. Earlier today we had the original couch I picked brought to our home but it wouldn't fit... we were upset but not because of the workers but because we wanted that couch. So we went back to "Rent A Center" in McKeesport. The staff there is absolutely amazing. They have wonderful customer service and work with you on payments. They ended up bringing different furniture like 2 hours later...still struggled because of the way our house is set up... they made it work with NO damage. If anyone is looking to use this company I highly recommend. McKeesport location.

This store doesn't even deserve the 1 star. I called to know how to change my bank card to set up auto pay on the new card. The genteman was really nice. I asked if everything was good. Did I need to do anything. He said my account was up to date and my next payment was due the 15t . I get a call couple days later and was told I hadn't paid and that I had a NSf. I said I explained what happened and it was a mix up. He said he will talk to manager to waive the fees. I said ok call back and I can pay. Never called me back and manager calls me demanding payment. I explained and he didnt seem to care. I said said I can make the payment. He gave me a higher total and I asked why. He said you bounced check. I was like that was supposed to be waived due to what happened. I've never been late and have been a customer in another state with no issues. He said he was the manager and he knew nothing about it. He only cared to get the payment and didnt care what happened. That is bad service. I had excellent standing with Rent a Center and that was rude. All he keep stating is hes the manger. During this time with Covid you would think more understanding would be there. I wasnt calling to not pay .I was making sure my information was up to date and continue my payments. I will never use you again. I will not recommend and will blast bad reviews where ever I can with social media. Very disappointed. Horrible management and thank you for crapping on a loyal customer. By the way who raved about the service. Guess Nevada got it down but PA is horrible!
