I called the evening I was considering coming into the store, something came up. The next afternoon, the gentleman i spoke to on the phone called me to follow up. I was working so he left a message. I stopped into the store that day, explaining i wouldn't be making any certain decisions that day, just checking out my options. It was the same man I spoke to on the phone. Understanding he wouldn't be making any sales that day, he still went above & beyond to do what he could to meet any potential needs I have. That is awesome customer service. Brandon is the name of the gentleman who extended the 10/10 service to me, please see he is appreciated. He deserves it. For his hand in help, that is the reason I will look into that store if I decide to follow through with the options he presented to me that day. Thank you Brandon!!
I called to make a one time ask of them to skip a payment and make a double payment the next week. They told me fine no problem. BUT they lied. Didn't skip one payment for me. I have paid regularly never a problem. Asked one time and lied to. Kittanning rent a center horrible customer service.
Fantastic until Renee left. Anyone complaining about her must not have been paying their bill because she went above and beyond for us every time. This new guy is horrible. When he first showed up, he was claiming he was there to take over the store, but now that he has, he acts like he was forced into his job. He’s rude, miserable, and shares way too much about his personal life and opinions about the company with the customers. I’m sorry you hate your job and your District Manager, but you shouldn’t be telling the customers that.
So my 1st experience with this store was WONDERFUL and up until 2 weeks ago I would have given 5 starts. I returned my appliances (without a problem) because I got my own and received an email telling me I had $275 credit... GREAT! My husband and I went to rent a gaming system and it was close to closing time; however the man working said it was ok and began processing things for us.... out of no where he became very disgruntled. Complaining about the company, how he still had a driver out at closing time, how the store manager we dealt with before (who was wonderful) disappeared, and then began to talk about life problems. We were patient and chatted with him while he was (we thought) processing our new agreement. At exactly 6pm he tells us he has to verify all my information (even though I'm an existing customer) and he'll call me when we can pick up our merchandise.... Frustrated because he could have told us we wouldn't be able to take it home today but we said ok and left. I call the following day to find out when we may be able to pick up our item as I have a hectic work schedule and as soon as I stated my name, the same man from the night before gets aggravated and loudly states "I told you I would call when you can come I didn't get to it yet" and hangs up on me. At this point I'm mad. Im sorry you don't like your job but you DO NOT get to talk to customers like that! I then call corporate and Im assured the district manager of that store would call me within 72 hours and it's been 11 days and nothing. I did however receive an email giving me 2 weeks free for my birthday 🤣
My dad tried to rent a bed threw them fillies out the paperwork they said would call in a day they didn’t called them they did the paperwork again said would call back they didn’t called them again they tried to say the phone numbers he gave for his job and landlord were wrong which is absolutely a lie as he has worked same place for 15 years so definitely has the number to the place not to mention it’s in his phone said the number to his landlord was to a country club has rented same place for 6 years and has to call the land lord every month to pay the rent so no mistake the numbers were right Renee was very rude. Thank god for AARONS 1 hr later bed was purchased and being delivered this evening with no hassle I recommend the competition which would be Aaron’s over these guys any day
