To bad I can't give 0 stars they say they will work with you but they don't, my husband had called them said we could not make our payment we would double up next week, well guess what they did took out money and over drafted my account, when we made a contract with them things got messed up and they couldn't do anything about that, I will never get anything from them again we had nothing but issues, at this point I don't wanna pay anything to them because of all the shit we have gone through!!!!

Seth helped me get my order sooner than the original date and my fiancé is going to very happy with this order for his birthday!

Great service. All the staff at this location are awesome. The salesman was incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. Wanted a couch in a different color and it was no issue. The delivery/assembly guys were A+ brought everything inside with care and assembled in place. Not an easy task as it was all upstairs delivery. Thank you, loving my new furniture

I wanted to follow up on our recent conversation regarding the property-related matters that arose during the setup of the loft bed at my residence. During our call on Friday, I discussed with Chris the concerns I have regarding the significant damage caused to the property during the installation process. Specifically, I discovered multiple holes in the walls where the loft bed was assembled, totaling around thirty in count. Additionally, the two individuals who carried out the installation inadvertently damaged my mother's front door, rendering it unusable. As a tenant, I am deeply troubled by the extent of the damage, especially considering that I am responsible for these costs. I was assured that I would receive an email regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I have not received any communication to address the property damage and its associated costs. Given the circumstances, I kindly request your urgent attention to this issue and a prompt resolution. As a new employee, I am also in the process of adjusting my payment schedule, and I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss how these recent developments may impact my financial obligations. These guys work with pricing and managing payments externally well. I’ve gotten a number of appliances from them and they are all great. They are very flexible with deliveries but personally I’d leave instructions to not assemble anything too complicated. Putting together a couch or something simple is super convenient but forget about it if something needs to be leveled.
